Rental Vacation maintenance service

The care service for units rented under the Rental Vacation concept is to provide the owner of the unit with the guarantee that the spaces are well equipped, clean and organized for the enjoyment of the guests. THE IDEAL HOME, has a responsible, professional and reliable staff that will provide you with a service with high quality standards that you can manage from the tranquility of your home or office, saving time and money.

Our service

  • Regular Cleaning: We carry out a very detailed cleaning in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and other areas.

  • Equipment in bathrooms (Replacement of Towels, Toilet Paper, Body Wash, Shampoo and conditioner, among others)

  • Laundry of towels and bed linen. 

  • Special laundry of curtains on windows or doors and bathroom curtains, if applicable.

  • Deep cleaning if required (It is suggested to be done the first time we provide the service and every four months). Service includes: Walls, moving some furniture, baseboard and floor cleaning, vacuuming hard-to-reach areas, crevices, including carpet and window edges.


 

We also offer the service of special projects aimed at the attention of the guest such as:

 

  • Customer Gift (VIP or regular customers)

  • Welcome by Client

  • Products for personal use

  • Special offers (Cheese Board, drinks, flowers and others.
